Our history

Key Capital was established in 2003 for investors aspiring to buy commercial and retail properties out of reach and price of investors funding the purchase on their own. Before the launch of Key Capital the business was known by investors as Atrium Property Trusts and BM Properties from 1994 to 2003.
Since 1994, Key Capital and controlled entities have transacted on over $120,000,000 of property and created over 27 property trusts on behalf of 500+ investors. Key Capital has a 20 year track-record with managing property trusts and provides investors a stable and value adding approach.
Key Capital co-invests with you and the company has no debt and adheres to capital adequacy requirements as Responsible Entity for the Australian Securities & Investment Commission. To find out more on how to invest please contact us.

Responsible Entity

Key Capital Limited is the Responsible Entity appointed under the Constitution to manage the KCL3 trading as Retail Leisure Life REIT on behalf
of Unit Holders. Key Capital Limited is an unlisted public company and holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 287725), which permits
Key Capital Limited to promote and manage interests in the Syndicates, Property funds and ASX Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts.

The Custodian

of the Custodian Agreement, the Custodian holds such assets and title documents of the trust as Key Capital Limited may determine.
